Here at Tallåsen, we have 13 units, of which eight are dementia-oriented, three are somatic-oriented, and two are geriatric psychiatric units. Tallåsen is centrally located in Stenungsund, about 200 meters from Stenungsund station and about 700 meters from Stenungstorg shopping center.

We are a round-the-clock operation run by a driven and competent team consisting of nursing assistants, care assistants, nurses, rehabilitation staff, administrators, service personnel, and unit managers. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for two colleagues for the dementia units Lindgården and Rönngården!

As an employee, you play an important role in creating a meaningful everyday life for individuals, considering each resident's individual needs and circumstances. The goal is for each resident to live a dignified life and feel well-being. The working method should lead to good and safe care where the tenant achieves meaningfulness, comprehensibility, and manageability in their life situation through influence and participation.

You will work based on contact management and implementation plans and have close cooperation with other professional categories such as rehabilitation staff, nurses, and doctors. The work includes documentation and performing health and medical tasks by delegation.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Are a trained nursing assistant and have experience in care work.
• Since documentation is an important part of our work, we would like you to express yourself in both speech and writing.
• Have the ability to meet people in a professional manner and be attentive to the tenant's needs.
• Are calm and have a clear resident focus and a natural ability to see the relative as an important part of the team.
• Are adaptable and can adjust your working methods based on changing conditions and new information.
• Are innovative and willing to try new things.
• Share your knowledge with other colleagues.
• Should be familiar with applicable legislation and know the national guidelines for care and support in dementia diseases.

Before an employment offer, an acceptable extract from the police's criminal record must be presented.
